A large one-bedroom apartment overlooking the pool. This is a spacious, well-equipped apartment, situated in an ideal location for a quiet holiday with the convenience of being near the sea front and the town.

Lounge

Dining table, 4 chairs, bed settee, wardrobe, armchair, occasional tables, bookcase, full British television, free Wi-Fi, CD/Radio/Cassette player and DVD player. The lounge with bed settee can be screened off to give privacy and will sleep 2 persons.

Kitchen

All electric and equipped with a 4 hot plate hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, drainer and large fridge/freezer. It has a complete range of cutlery, crockery and utensils.

Lounge to Kitchen

The kitchen is seperated from the lounge by a low wall. A screen can be dropped onto the wall and a curtain closed on the other open side to provide more privacy if the lounge is being used as an additional bedroom.

Bedroom

Twin beds, bedside tables, radio/ alarm clock, fitted wardrobes and ample coathangers!

Bathroom

Bath/shower, washing machine and shaver point.

Balcony / Pool

A large sunny Balcony/Terrace with furniture and airer (with pegs).

Utilities and Facilities

Equipment:

Ironing board, Iron, hairdryer and safe.

Facilities:

Supermarket, snack bar and tea room are available at the front of the complex. Ample sunbeds are freely available on the poolside terrace.

Linen and cleaning:

Bed linen and towels are supplied weekly. The apartment will be cleaned in preparation for your arrival. Maid service is not provided.
