A spacious, well-equipped two bedroom duplex apartment on the fourth floor(top) of Bloque B with the balcony overlooking the pool, terrace and gardens and has magnificent views. It is in a well run Aparthotel complex with excellent facilities. We feel sure you will have an enjoyable holiday.

Two settees, dining table with four chairs, occasional tables, bookcase, television (some English channels), DVD player and CD radio cassette player.

Kitchen

All electric with a four hot plate hob, oven, automatic washing machine, fridge, microwave, electric kettle and toaster. It has a complete range of crockery, cutlery and utensils.

Bedroom 1

Twin beds, bedside tables, dressing tables, alarm clock and fitted wardrobes with ample coat hangers!

Bedroom 2

Twin beds, bedside tables, dressing tables, alarm clock and fitted wardrobes with ample coat hangers! This bedroom has a small sitting area and a balcony overlooking the lounge.

Bathroom

Bath/shower, bidet etc. and shaver point.

Balcony / Pool

Balcony/Terrace with table, four chairs, clothes airer (with pegs), sunloungers and a great view.

Utilities and Facilities

Equipment:

Ironing board, Iron, hairdryer and safe. There is a telephone in the apartment. Incoming calls are free, outgoing must be paid at reception on departure.

Facilities:

There is a 24hour reception in the Aparthotel. All the facilities are available i.e. Luggage room and showers. The complex has a swimming pool (heated in winter), free sunbeds, lounges, T.V. rooms, bar, snack bar, mini-market, lifts to all floors, internet and a full activities programme is arranged in the school holidays.

Linen and cleaning:

Bed linen and towels are supplied weekly. The apartment will be cleaned in preparation for your arrival. Maid service is not provided.
