We have four self-catering apartments available for holiday lets....
We own the four private apartments in Los Cristianos, which is one of the main holiday resorts in the south of Tenerife, and as a couple who took early retirement, we also manage and maintain them. We live locally and are on hand in case of problems or emergencies. Our apartments are reasonably priced and well equipped. We also offer discounts for certain times of the year.
Two apartments are in Aparthotel Los Alisios and two in Sur Y Sol
Bungalows. In Los Alisios, apartments No.308B and No.410B both have two bedrooms. In
Sur y Sol, No. 09 has two bedrooms and No.20 one bedroom. The lounge in
No.20 can be used as an additional bedroom and be screened off for privacy
if required. The positions of the complexes can be seen on our map of Los
Cristianos.
Los Cristianos is an ideal holiday location having beautiful golden beaches and excellent restaurants and bars. The climate in the Canaries is one of the best in the world. They have mild tropical winters, no extremes of temperature, no hurricanes, no monsoons and no unbearable humidity. There are also no dangerous animals or insects. They are a holiday paradise.
